New York City was home for a young West African lady named Irene Djessi. In the early 1990s, Irene decided to follow her passion of becoming a fashion designer. While attending the Fashion Institution in the great city she later started her clothing brand. Things took a pause when her son was born. Her passion was later instilled through her son Paul, (co-owner) who also admires fashion just as much as she does. He later recreates the brand to what it is today.

We want the brand to tell a story and inspire the young generation.

Djessi is a french based high-end street brand that stands on quality, creativeness, uniqueness and diversity. We collaborate all of these qualities into making sure to provide the best clothing for our supporters. We differ from other clothing brands with our creative team. We let new creatives take lead artist roles on the team.

Our items are limited with new releases each month for now as we build our supporters.
